The SKAPA Award is Sweden's largest innovation prize and aims to help inventors develop their ideas. This year's regional winner is the LEAD company Grafren, a spinoff from Linköping University that focuses on developing the unique material graphene, primarily by integrating it with textiles and composites.
"We are incredibly happy and proud. Not only of the award, but also of our invention, which we believe will benefit society and humanity as a whole," says Grafren's founder and CEO, Erik Khranovskyy.
